Only you can publish an update — you'll be asked for the admin password first. This rebuilds the whole site's data from these files and publishes it for everyone.

1. Assignment Matrix (.xlsx) — required The "Consolidated Matrix" tab — Fund Management, Fund Controllers, Operations, Investor Relations. If this file already has a "Tax Preparer" column, it'll be used automatically.

2. Sign-Off Tracker (.xlsx / .xlsm) — optional Any tab with "Primary Group" and "Service Provider" column headers. If provided, this overrides Tax Preparer values from file 1.
